The Prophet Muhammad (sallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam) said:
Take benefit of five before five;
your youth before your old age,
your health before your sickness,
your wealth before your poverty,
your free-time before your preoccupation,
and your life before your death.
Demikian apabila kita lihat seorang yang mungkin kelihatan ‘biasa’ sahaja, tetapi setiap kali dia menyebut “Ya Allah, tolonglah daku”, pertolongan pantas sampai kepadanya. Ini disebabkan ruhnya yang penuh pergantungan kepada Allah, tanpa sebarang syirik atau harapan kepada selain-Nya.
Ini yang disebut oleh Nabi s.a.w: “Boleh jadi orang yang kusut masai, berdebu, yang dihalau di pintu (tidak diterima kedatangannya), jika dia bersumpah dengan nama Allah nescaya Allah tunaikan.” (Riwayat Muslim)

Sayyidul Istighfar (The Chief Prayer for Repentance)
If person recites this during the day with strong faith in it and dies on the same day before the sunset, he will be among the people of Paradise, and if somebody recites it at night with strong faith in it and dies before sunrise he will be among the people of Paradise.

No Racism in ISLAM!!
“An Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab, nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a white man has no superiority over black man, nor a black man has any superiority over white man - except by piety and good action.”

On the authority of Abu Dharr al-Ghifaaree (radiAllahu anhu) from the Prophet (sallAllahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) from his Lord Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala that He said:
“O My servants! I have forbidden dhulm (oppression) for Myself, and I have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another.
O My servants, all of you are astray except those whom I have guided, so seek guidance from Me and I shall guide you.
O My servants, all of of you are hungry except those whom I have fed, so seek food from Me and I shall feed you.
O My servants, all of you are naked except those whom I have clothed, so seek clothing from Me and I shall clothe you.
O My servants, you commit sins by day and by night, and I forgive all sins, so seek forgiveness from Me and I shall forgive you.
O My servants, you will not attain harming Me so as to harm me, and you will not attain benefiting Me so as to benefit Me.
O My servants, if the first of you and the last of you, and the humans of you and the jinn of you, were all as pious as the most pious heart of any individual amongst you, then this would not increase My Kingdom an iota.
O My servants, if the first of you and the last of you, and the humans of you and the jinn of you, were all as wicked as the most wicked heart of any indivdual amongst you, then this would not decrease My Kingdom an iota.
O My servants, if the first of you and the last of you, and the humans of you and the jinn of you, were all to stand together in one place and ask of Me, and I were to give everyone what he requested, then that would not decrease what I Possess, except what is decreased of the Ocean when a needle is dipped into it.
O My servants, it is but your deeds that I account for you, and then recompense you for. So he who finds good, let him praise Allaah, and he who finds other than that, let him blame no one but himself.”

“Bergerombolan dengan babi (khinzir) itu adalah lebih baik berbanding dengan bersentuhan (secara sengaja) dengan wanita yang bukan mahram.” [Riwayat Ibnu Majah]
Berdasarkan hadis di atas, jelas sekali Islam melarang keras lelaki dan perempuan yang bukan mahram untuk bersentuhan, sehingga dikatakan menyentuh kulit khinzir adalah lebih baik daripada menyentuh kulit orang yang bukan mahram.
Khinzir dianggap sehina-hina makhluk pada pandangan orang Islam. Tetapi, ternyata ada lagi yang lebih hina daripada tu. Orang yang membiarkan dirinya disentuh oleh orang yang bukan mahram itulah yang lebih hina daripada khinzir!
Bersentuhan (dengan sengaja dan apatah lagi bersyahwat) antara lelaki dan perempuan bukan mahram tanpa adanya ikatan pernikahan yang sah adalah berdosa dan wajib bertaubat (bagi membersihkan dosa).
Sedangkan menyentuh anjing/khinzir tidaklah berdosa dan hanya perlu disucikan melalui samak (bukan bertaubat!). Ini kerana, yang diharamkan ke atas kita ialah memakan dagingnya, bukan menyentuh.
Menyentuh anjing bukan satu maksiat. Tetapi, menyentuh pasangan bukan mahram yang tidak halal bagi seseorang dikira sebagai dosa dan maksiat!

Kemusyrikan dalam kalangan umat ini lebih samar daripada rayapan (merayapnya) seekor semut.
Lalu Abu Bakar r.a. bertanya, “Bagaimanakah cara menyelamatkan diri daripadanya wahai Rasulullah?”
Baginda s.a.w. menjawab, “Ucapkanlah: Ya Allah, sesungguhnya kami berlindung dengan-Mu daripada menyekutukan-Mu dengan sesuatu yang kami ketahui, dan kami mohon ampun kepada-Mu untuk sesuatu yang tidak kami ketahui.”
